MOMENTS

Moment Catching is something I now provide to my participants, so they can have timeless memories to share with their friends and family. This also serves as a reminder of their achievements facilitated by my mentoring, to demonstrate how infinite their potential really is.

I have a degree in visual communication with over 14 years of experience working as a freelance graphic artist. The majority of my work has been photographic manipulation, photoshop image retouching and poster art. As my health improved, I started to travel to far-flung locations and experience cultures I would have never dreamed existed. Before the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, I embarked on a series of world trips, one of the most notable being to Iceland, where I went glacial free diving in the gap between the tectonic plates of where America and Europe once joined. I rode a mountain bike down the Swiss mountains of Zermatt and an electric

scooter through Paris until the early hours, before walking 13 stories below the city to see the historical catacombs. I went driving in a 4x4 in the desert on the Saudi-Qatari border and swam in an inland sea. I hired a car in Italy and drove to the central agricultural region for freediving lessons – an unlikely location for the World’s deepest pool, before watching Barcelona play Valencia surrounded by 50 thousand screaming fans in Spain. All this time I recorded the moments I experienced on the very same media I use with my clients, switching from phone camera, to 360 camera, to underwater

GoPro, to regular cameras, which capture the instant in its best light. I would often document more than I needed, so I could later choose the memories I wanted to keep.

This photography and media skill has now grown to over 20 years of experience, perfected as the fine art of what I like to call ‘Moment Catching’.
